Disappointing act

Today I've heard of a disappointing act.

I'd imagine someone was cheerful and kind. Not bothered or bias towards others. A loving heart.

But it seems that I'm wrong.

Maybe there was an emotional struggle, or an unreasonable demand that needs to be fulfilled, or a certain mindset or biasness, or generally didn't notice which I highly doubt.

None of the above is a good excuse to ignore the people that someone knows. A smile or nod is the bear minimum.

For my part it sounds really disappointing that that someone didn't greet the familiar people. I guess I've been wrong about the personality and character of that person, and/or there must be a good reason behind it that I don't know of.

I guess sometimes I'm like that. But I think I've only been like that towards one person...and I've got a good reason for it...
